About Peachtree Signing Services
Hi, I’m Matt Bobeng, owner of Peachtree Signing Services LLC, a Georgia-commissioned mobile notary public and NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent based in Canton, Georgia.
I am NNA Certified and background screened, with active credentials maintained in full compliance with Georgia notary law. I carry Errors & Omissions insurance and operate with a strong focus on accuracy, professionalism, and ethical standards on every appointment.
I provide mobile notary and loan signing services for individuals, title and escrow companies, signing services, lenders, and real estate professionals. My services include general notarizations as well as real estate transactions such as refinances, purchases, seller packages, HELOCs, loan modifications, and cash transactions.
As a loan signing agent, my role is to facilitate an organized, neutral, and compliant signing experience. I guide signers through the document package, confirm identity, administer required notarizations, and ensure documents are properly executed and returned according to instructions. I do not provide legal or financial advice or interpret loan terms.
I proudly serve Canton, Cherokee County, and the surrounding North Georgia and Atlanta metro areas, traveling to homes, offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other agreed-upon locations. My goal is to deliver reliable service, clear communication, transparent pricing, and a smooth signing process from start to finish.
